We process your data to inform you about this real-estate development (sending the dossier, layouts and terms), manage your registration on the private interest list, respond to your requests and, if you separately consent, send you marketing communications about this and future developments.

  • Qualification data you voluntarily provide (indicative budget, timeline, method of purchase, intended use, typology, preferred time and comments).

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as there is commercial interest in the development and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If you withdraw consent, we will block your data and delete it once no longer necessary.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
